By accessing and using Sala360 ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Each account is for a single user only. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

• Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content.
• You may not share your account or course materials with others.
• Downloading, recording, redistributing, or reproducing course content without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

• All course prices are clearly displayed on the platform. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Bakong, credit cards).
• Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content has been consumed.

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to videos, text, code, images, and logos, is the property of Sala360 or its content creators and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Hacking, scraping, or attempting to bypass security measures of the platform.
• Sharing pirated content or unauthorized access to courses.
• engaging in abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior towards other users or instructors.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may perform maintenance or experience outages that may temporarily limit access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may also stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Sala360 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any downtime. We do not guarantee specific financial or career outcomes from taking our courses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
